Somali Lower House holds a pivotal gathering

The federal house of people of Somalia has taken its normal meeting in Mogadishu; today’s session, chaired by the second deputy of the federal parliament, Abdalla Omar Abshir, was attended by 145 members of parliament.

Key agendas focused on today by the Lower House include; Completion of the 2nd Reading of the National Intelligence and Security Agency Bill and the 2nd Reading of the Electricity Bill

Somalia is trying to set regulations for its intelligence office to curb the unbridled work of the agency.
