Southwest state Parliament to open its 3rd Session

The assembly of Southwest state in Southern Somalia is expected to open today its 3rd session in Baidoa town.

Southwest state president, Shariif Hassan Sheikh Adan will officially open the parliamentary session and address the parliamentarians.

The severe drought and the achievement of the regional government are among the key agenda on the table today.

The security of the town was tightened to prevent possible Al-Shabaab attack.
