Speaker Madobe Urges Unity, Support for Stability in Baidoa

GOOBJOOG NEWS | BAIDOA: House of the People of the Federal Parliament of Somalia speaker Aden Mohamed Nur (Madobe) has called for unity and cooperation among residents of South West State, saying public support was key to strengthening stability and governance in the region.

Speaking at Shati Gaduud Airport in Baidoa, the interim capital of South West State.the speaker urged communities to work closely with authorities to advance peace and development.

He said cooperation between citizens and leadership was essential to building effective administration and sustaining progress.

The speaker’s remarks come as the Federal Government of Somalia steps up engagement with regional stakeholders aimed at reinforcing national unity amid ongoing political tensions.
