GOOBJOG NEWS|MOGADISHU: Three incumbent MPs have made a comeback in the ongoing Lower House elections for Somaliland amid little opposition from rivals.
Fadumo Hassan Ali and Amina Omar Jama were declared winners by show of hands leaving no single vote for their opponents.
Another current MP Mohamed Mareeeye who served previously as Federal Minister for Information garnered 96 votes while his opponent Abdirahman Warsame Said got only three votes.
The three new seats add to five the number of MPs elected by the Somaliland caucus to date.
