One soldier killed as gunmen attacked house of Bari governor

At least one person has been killed and another one got injured after unidentified gunmen launched attack on the house of Bari governor, Abdisamad Mohamed Galad on Thursday evening.
The gunmen engaged in arm confrontation with the bodyguards of the governor which resulted death of one of the bodyguards while another sustained injuries.
Puntland has become a hotbed for apparently coordinated attacks as gunmen more recently stepped in for night raids.
Nobody claimed credit for the attack but as has been the case Al Shabaab group targets Somalia government officials, regional States especially Puntland officials and foreigners in preplanned attacks and military-style ambushes across Somalia.
