President Mohamud appoints two advisors ahead of his inauguration

GOOBJOOG NEWS|MOGADISHU: Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud on Wednesday appointed two new advisors ahead of his inauguration on Thursday. 

The President has appointed Dr. Abdirahman Moalim Abdullahi Badiyow as his Advisor on Constitutional Affairs and Prof. Ahmed Abas Ahmed as his Advisor on Federal Affairs.

Dr. Abdirahman Badiyow was most recently the Advisor on Peace and Reconciliation in Prime Minister Kheyre’s government while Prof. Ahmed Abas from Puntland, was one of the candidates who contested for the Puntland presidency in 2014.
