President Mohamud to chair first National Consultative Forum since his election

GOOBJOOG NEWS|MOGADISHU: President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, will today chair a meeting of the National Consultative Assembly at the Presidential Palace in the Somali capital,  Mogadishu.

The meeting between the President and the five regional leaders including the Banadir Governor, will address issues such as the country’s security situation, drought and the state of the economy.

Today’s meeting is the first National Consultative meeting to be chaired by President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud nearly a month after his election.
