Somalia, China Ink Deal to Boost Judicial Cooperation

GOOBJOOG NEWS | MOGADISHU: The federal government of Somalia has entered an agreement with the People’s Republic of China aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two nations.
The deal was signed Monday during a meeting between the President of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Bashe Yusuf Ahmed and the People’s Republic of China’s ambassador to Somalia Wang Yu in Mogadishu.
During the meeting, the Chief Justice and the Ambassador discussed and agreed to further strengthen judicial cooperation between Somalia and China.
“I had an inspiring discussion with Chief Justice Bashe Yusuf Ahmed on how to further judicial cooperation between the two countries” Ambassador Wang posted on X.
