Storyline:National News
Barawe district in Lower Shabelle region is expected to be the administrative capital of South West Somalia administration-three regions according to the newly passed interim constitution of the administration.
The delegates of South west Somalia have on Friday 7th of October passed the constitution of South west Somalia in Baidoa, the headquarters of Bay region.
This move of Barawe becoming the administrative capital of the new administration will cancel out the stiff competition between Baidoa and Marka towns of each trying to out wit the other.
Barawe is a coastal along Indian Ocean with long history, it has been a stronghold of Al-shabab for six years before captured by joint forces earlier last month.
