Jeesow: “Elders in central regions have to solve their differences internally”
The parliamentary committee of internal affairs and regional formation of Somalia has commented on several meetings which are ongoing in Galgaduud region.
Dahir Amin Jeesow, the vice chairman of the committee who gave exclusive interview to Goobjoog News called the traditional elders of Gal-mudug to come with clear intension to solve their differences internally.
He added that the traditional elders in Somali central regions are the ones who have the right to determine the venue of the conference, not the government.
“People have to abide by the constitution of the country and the president should respect the will of the public” he said.
There had been sparks about where to hold Somali central formation conference though the government earlier declare that Adado town will be hosting the conference.
