Road accident along Somalia-Ethiopia border wound IJA official

The assistant minister for interior and security of interim Juba administration in Southern Somalia Abdirashid Hassan Abdinoor sustained injuries after road accident that occurred in the road connecting Doolow and Ethiopia.

The assistant minister with multiple injuries is now being treated in Melatari hospital in Ethiopian capital, Adis Ababa as one of his relatives elder Haji Mohamed confirmed to Goobjoog FM through telephone conversation.

The elder stated that the wounded official is in stable condition.

The accident is blamed on driver’s error as he was over speeding.

The administration of Juba has not yet given comments about the incident.
