Somalia’s New Ambassador to the EU Presents Her Credentials to EU Council President

GOOBJOOG NEWS|BRUSSELS: Somalia’s new ambassador to the European Union, Dr. Khadija Osoble Ali presented her credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Somalia to the European Union to H.E. Charles Michel, President of the European Council.

During the ceremony, Ambassador Khadija highlighted the importance of Somalia-EU collaboration in addressing pressing regional challenges and fostering stronger partnerships for mutual growth and stability.

Ambassador Khadija expressed her gratitude to President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, for entrusting her with this role, as well as to her colleagues for their support.

In her remarks, she reaffirmed her commitment to advancing Somalia’s interests within the EU and emphasized the need for deeper engagement to address shared priorities.
