The fighting in Baladwein lulls as elders call for cease fire

At least 10 people killed and 35 others got injured after heavy fighting which lasted for two embarked between two clan militias in Baladwein town.
The fighting has stopped on Saturday afternoon when elders from neighbouring clans intervened both fighting militias and called for cease fire.
Elders, Ahmed Abdullahi Jim’aale and farah Raage Koshin have jointly underscored that two clans were living peacefully together before and they called the sides to stop the fighting and to come to negotiating table as to solve the differences.
